Driver Requirements:
- Current CDL-A License 
- No DUI's or OWI's in the last 5 years 
- No Felonies within the last 7 years 
- 21 years of age 
- 6 Months of Verifiable Tractor/Trailer experience
 - 6 Month of Flatbed Experience (Flatbed division only) 
- Maximum 4 points in the last 3 years on MVR
- Meet all Federal Motor Carrier DOT Requirements and  Safety Qualifications
- Pass DOT Pre-employment physical and Drug Screen at a HL contracted clinic
- All Drivers must pass a road test administered by HL
